Workshops for Individuals — live via Zoom

With the broad adoption of Zoom and to address the need of quilters who would like to take classes in addition to those offered by their quilt guilds — or who aren’t part of a guild — I started teaching virtual workshops in Summer 2021. These are intended for groups made up of individuals (or groups of friends) from all around the country — and the world! Each student will “Zoom-in” from the comfort of their own sewing space.

Below are the workshops I am currently offering.

Join me to make a picture book quilt for a little one in your life, using novelty fabrics you select for the covers. We’ll use paper-piecing to make the book blocks that you can turn into either a 60” h x 40” w quilt or a 20” quilted reading pillow — your choice. Whether you're comfortable with paper-piecing, need a refresher or want to learn the technique, this class is for all levels.

Learn to make a herringbone quilt or a quilted pillow with no paper-piecing nor Y-seams! This pattern uses regular piecing and just might change your life! This class is for all levels.

Join me for a day of making cute houses! Use your favorite fabric and create the neighborhood of your dreams. This is 36” square quilt is made using paper-piecing and regular piecing. All levels are welcome.
